Hospital Photos

I remember when I was little that I always loved looking at my newborn picture that the hospital took of me. Back then they put babies in those plastic bassinets, taped a ribbon to their hair if baby was a girl, and snapped a poorly lit photo of baby as a keepsake. I have one taken of me and I know both my brothers do as well. I just love how simple they are. So I really wanted to get Elijah’s picture taken the same way. However, they don’t really do that any more. A photographer actually came to our room and did a very short session to get his hospital picture. And of course we had to pay a pretty penny for them as well. And even though I could have done them myself, I really wanted him to have a hospital picture like I do. So here are Eli’s hospital photos taken on July 23, 2010.
