Rachel and Broc

Rachel and Broc are dear friends of mine. I have known them for years and this was my first time photographing them. Crazy huh! Well I must say that this photo session was very fun. HOT, but fun. They were both so awesome to brave the jungle like grass and bugs to get these great shots. We all had welts on our bodies, but I think it was worth it.

My cousin Tim tagged along during the session and actually took some pictures. I was impressed with him because he shot completely in manuel on my old camera after only a short 10 minute run down on how the Nikon functions. Impressive. I think he has a good eye and it was fun having him there.

So please enjoy these photos and the manuel debut of Tim Arnold.

The Arnold Family

While in Florida I had to get a few snap shots of the Arnold family. If you have visited my old blog then you are very familiar with this family. I have been taking Dawn’s pictures forever. I started taking family pictures of Dawn with her parents and sister. Now I am taking pictures of her own little family. How time flies! Dawn, Tim, and Izzy are super special to me. Not only are they my “bestest” friends, they are also family. I love them so much. Ok,ok. Enough of this emotional stuff. Please enjoy their images.

Florida Vacation

Last week Andy and I went on vacation in Florida with some dear friends of ours. Actually these people have been my friends since high school and I am so thankful that they are still apart of my life. We spent the week doing nothing! We just laid out by the pool, went to the beach, ate really good food, and enjoyed each others company. I of course put my camera to good use and did a photo session with each couple. I plan to post many pictures from vacation this week, but they are not quite edited yet. So until then allow me to introduce you to all my vacation buddies.

This is Donny and Rachel. One of my best memories with Donny was during track practice when we spelled the alphabet with giant foam blocks. Needless to say we didn’t get much practice in that day. Donny’s wife is super sweet and down to earth. I had so much fun with these guys on vacation!

This is Rachel and Broc. Rachel and I met freshmen year when we both auditioned for the high school musical Grease. We love Rachel because she still has that dramatic flare!

Broc is great too! He has never met a stranger and I love that about him.

Dawn, Tim, and Izzy have been seen on my blog many times. Dawn and I have been friends forever. She loved my family so much that she married my cousin Tim who is more like a brother to me. So technically Isabell is my 2nd cousin, but I prefer to go by Aunt Nay Nay. I love this family!

Last is a picture of Andy and I. We do not often get pictures taken together that are not at arms length. Tim took this shot and I must say he did a pretty good job. I keep telling his wife she needs to buy him a SLR.  He is pretty good at it.
