Motivated Monday: In the Kitchen

My sincerest apologies to  everyone! I completely skipped M.M. last week.  And I must confess that I did not do so hot on the one from the week before. I challenged myself to stretch everyday. Guess how many times that actually happened. ONLY ONCE! Horrible, I know. So I do plan to put this back on the list and try it again soon. I can’t let it beat me. So this challenge will be back! How did you do?

Week 4: In the Kitchen

This week my goal is to cook dinner at least 5 of the 7 nights. Now some of you may be shaking your head in disgust because you already cook every night. Well, if that is you please share your secret with me! How do you do that?!!?! After working all day, going to the gym, getting some things done around the house, and spending time with Andy sometimes I just can’t get motivated be in the kitchen for 30 minutes. So I eat cereal or just go out and get something. Yikes, I know this is not a good habit to get into. So this weekend I planned my meals in advanced and headed to the grocery store on Saturday. I am prepared for this Motivated Monday and WILL make it happen. Wish me luck!
