After a long and stressful year the day has finally arrive, the last day of school. For those of you who don’t know I teach Spanish at Cooper High School. This was my second year there and it was actually tougher than my first. But all things considered it was a successful year.
Students survived. Some even learned. So all and all I am pleased. Teaching is a difficult job. I never really thought so until I became a teacher. It can also be a fun and rewarding job. I guess with any job there are positives and negatives. However, I am about to enjoy one of the larger perks, summer break! I plan to relax, travel, and spend time with friends and family.
